Iberian hams from Juviles
The Iberian Juviles hams are cured by hand and in a natural way, in the municipality of Juviles, Granada, in the center of the Alpujarra, over 1,250 m above sea level in the natural park of Sierra Nevada. Salted without nitrifying or preservatives, only with sea salt, complying with the legislation governing in the Iberian pig and certified. Its curing time is between 2 years and 4 years curing naturally.

Types:

  • Iberian acorn ham: over 3 years of natural curing.
  • Iberian acorn “paleta”: over 2 years of natural curing.
  • Iberian ham bait: over 2.5 years of natural curing.
  • Iberian paleta bait: more than 2 years of natural curing.
